halp it won't grab ANY text off mturk and put it in an alert box why how to fix???

 

who is left here after 2020 who still scripts? my problem is so basic but I'm stuck, I don't know why I can't grab text the usual same way I always did before.

 

Without the source you're trying to run the script on it's impossible to know, but likely:

1. There aren't enough paragraph elements for what you're pulling (console will have innerText of undefined exception)
2. The text content itself is elsewhere (this'll be especially painful in crowdform elements)

crowd-form - Amazon SageMaker

how do I get the text from a special amazon "crowd-form" element? and put the text in an alert box. so I can do other stuff with the text later.

 

this is the wrong selector for what you were going for

If you type these manually into the console it'll show you the selectors in real time.. do the work in devtools then paste working code over to tampermonkey

 

I've never used the console but I will try THANK YOU
