    I think you can go in and edit it manually. @Kadauchi came up with a solution to edit the database more efficiently at one point.

    Like @laby said, export a .csv of your 'pending approval' or 'approved HITs from that date range (probably beginning of time to 45 days ago). Then you can edit that, notepad++ is fine. Search for 'Pending Approval' or 'Approved - Pending Payment' and then select to replace all instances of that with 'Paid'. Then import that back into your db.
