Now that I have your attention. Just because the creator of a survey says its a certain time, doesn't mean that's the actual time. I see so many hit reviews where someone just writes something like 5.00 for 60 min??? No way! (because thats the survey creater's estimate) and it turns out the hit take like 7-8 minutes. You'll miss out on a lot of good hits by only choosing to do a hit based on the requester's time estimate.
