Similar topic, I remember seeing a documentary about "chinese food" but it was really how the chinese people were pissed off that western culture associates "chinese american foods" as if it's their traditional chinese dishes. It covered a few restaurants in us and in china to show how completely different it was. The end of the video I remember being surprised because it was one of those, wow chinese people don't eat any of this crap
