This qual if from "Cloud Research". It used to be known as "Turk Prime" but they renamed themselves. The 3 questions at the end of many surveys you fill out that are optional, they give cloud research info they need to target the groups of people they want to take their surveys. They also have a few requester account that publish surveys. The most popular is "Survey Comet". Try completing survey comet hits, and answering all the optional questions at the end of surveys. That should help you get CR #1

I thought the reason for rejection would show here, but it doesn't.

opps accidently posted 3 time internet is slow today

 

I used to answer them every time, then I just kept seeing them repeat so I stopped answering.

The one I refused to answer was "what is a the bare mimimum hourly wage you would work for?"
I kept leaving it empty and it was showing up on every survey, so I started answering "no" until it disappeared.

I have CR #1.

 

Well, perhaps you don't fit the demographics they are looking for. Also keep trying the survey comet hits I suggested.
