    MTS is designed to be as easy and friendly for newbie turkers as possible. So it doesn't include more advanced features found in hit forker/panda crazy/QBC, and probably others I'm not aware of. If you decide to switch to HF/panda crazy feel free to ask questions. In the create panda window for panda crazy there is an option to search by requester ID. Just be aware that requires extra page requests to mturk as it has to search the requester, then each of their hits for one that has available HITs. It will up your PREs. Just FYI.
