    Those hits drive me nuts & I mostly return them now. Why can't they just put the instructions in written format? If you miss one comprehensions question you have to watch the entire video again. And I've gotten ones that were setup incorrectly bc it didn't matter what I answered, it was always wrong.. ended up watching the vid like 3x
