I went to the Panthers/Ravens pre-season game Saturday and I legit almost ran out of the stadium when I saw how many people had no mask on. It's like they care less as the cases rise.

I went to Seattle a few weeks ago and saw a Mariners game. Only a handful ppl had masks on. Then I saw a baseball game where I live (Houston) last week and again barely any masks

I know these are only 2 places and 2 examples but barely any masks I saw. In 2 totally different states

 

I just solved a mystery. turns out that the foundation of soup is stock. that is why every time I try to make vegetable soup from scratch with water, it tastes like boiled vegetables not soup. do you guys think I'm right or is there a way to make vegetable soup with water?

 

This stadium holds almost 75,000 people, and of course it probably wasn't half full, but I had to actively search for people wearing a mask. I don't get it. I refuse to go in public without it and I'm vaccinated. These people can't have witnessed anyone actually sick from this virus.

 

The only successful way I've made it with water is by adding bouillon cubes, which is basically making stock anyway. I usually do half stock and half water and add cubes.

 

makes sense because I think the salt would bring out more soup-like flavors. I sound like a real cook!!!

I cosign the chicken bouillon tip. The vegetable better than bouillon is my favorite. It is really salty though, so if your store doesn't have the low sodium kind, I would not add any extra salt.
