    Exactly what I was thinking. Temperature is critical during brewing!

    Ooh, this. I've tried plenty of pre-made oolongs and they're just... no. I was lucky to gain a lot of knowledge from this amazing Japanese tea house close by. I even even volunteered to work their booth at an annual food festival.

    Damn that does sound like a bummer. I'm in Montana, Helena to be exact we are the capital city with about 29,000 People and just under 1 million for the state. So I'm always just curious what other people don't like or like about their states that are more populated and "civilized" (as some people have described it).

    I wish I lived in a state with the balls to put a governor in jail. Only guy that ever got convicted of anything was Tom DeLay and they pardoned his sentence and didn't overturn the gerrymandering that his was convicted for doing. Guess I can't complain though, we have cheap cost of living and lots of meat. Our schools suck though. Like bottom 5 in the country suck.

    Are you saying where you are or over here? Just curious because the house across the alley from me is a rental (4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and goes for $1250 a month+utilities and a house that size would probably be $30 a month for water and $150ish for power Cable and internet would be about $130.

    I have been to your state. I liked it there. My cousin lives in Buda and my best friend from college is from El Paso. I hunted some hogs down there 5 years ago and had a blast. Plus people were pretty damn nice and easy to get a long with.

    Our one governor George Ryan was allowing truckers to pay bribes to get their licenses, sold government contracts, racketeering, bribery, extortion, money laundering, tax fraud. Gave campaign funds to his friends, gave government contracts to his friends, and shit like that.

    Rod Blagojevich tried to sell Barrack Obama's vacant senate seat after he became president.

    Pretty serious stuff.
