Just as a workaround you can set the queue cap to 1 instead of the max cap in these situations. That way it stops wasting panda cycles once you already have it and you can turn it off/delete the panda and it'll restart it next time the HIT posts

 

If we take turns asking our questions we can start a betting pool for which one of us he'll turn into a pinhata first
