Haha, Unreal Engine 4! They are gonna be releasing 5 sometime soon I suppose since they have been announcing it. I know early access for it was back in May

It's basically like a game engine development software. Some major games use that software like Gears of War and all that. It's a bunch of tools for game development, architectural and automotive visualization, linear film and television content creation, broadcast and live event production, etc... etc...

I've only heard of two major ones like Unity and the Unreal Engine
