Frack! I messed up a survey. First, I hit the next button and then realized that I missed a radio button on the page, but instead of the survey warning me and preventing me from continuing, it went to the next page. No previous or back button either.

So I figured I'll finish the survey and then message the requester. As I skim through the debrief page, and as I hit the next button, I see the completion code hidden within the debrief verbiage, but its too late. I saw it for a second, and entered what I think it was, but yeah that hit might get rejected. I can't seem to wake up and get going today. Ugh. I think its time for a break and my 3rd dose of caffeine.
