    QBC tried to catch it and failed & doesn't think it can catch it anymore so it's done trying. Quitter of an app if we're being honest.

    More technical:

    Anything panda'd by the app has it's # of attempts tracked along with some meta stats about the HIT (when it was posted, the duration, etc) and after it does the biggest 2 cycles (first post, expiration) it's not going to bother turning that panda back on at all anymore as it's so insanely low chance of being caught there's no point. So it colors it red that way if for some godforsaken reason you really want to wish upon a star you know you gotta take it out of QBC's auto managed group and turn it on yourself.
