prolific is a chrome extension and you get notified or see it in your browser when it comes up, they aren't constant like mturk. Two of the ones I did on prolific today were scheduled and the others I did in-between. I knew the mturk I had scheduled at 2 had a mandatory (like even if your done) 30 minute timer on the instructions from reading reviews and made $5 in the last 20 minutes of the timer. & I use a cheap dollar tree planner to keep track of anything I schedule so that I don't miss it.
