"Hi,

As I mentioned the Mturk guidance to reverse rejection into approval is totally inaccurate and none functioning. I tried every conceivable way to overturn the rejection and 1) The guidance is totally inaccurate 2) I still downloaded the CSV file, found a column not named but under alphabet D which had a mixture of approved and rejected. So I deleted your rejection and replaced by Approved then saved it, several other times I replaced rejected by an X which mturk says to do, uploaded back into murk 5 times and mturk still couldn't find the change for me to pay you that way. Another way was to filter the rejections and replace by approved, this option was none functional and it only gave me an option to pay you as the bonus worker which I immediately did as it was the only way to pay you. I did however sent a detailed complaint feedback to mturk and told them about these problems and gave them my contact info. As of now I have not heard anything from them. If they contact me and help me reverse rejection I will gladly do but as of now I have exhausted all options with mturk.

I can tell you this, that I will never run any surveys with mturk again as it has been a nightmare maker for me.
