05/21 - Surreal Sunday!

A lot of people exaggerate how limited you are when you're vegan as far as what you can eat. I did when I first considered it. I've made a lot of vegan stuff that tastes like non-vegan things. . . like cheese, meatballs, pizza, etc.

 

I still do that quite a bit. That's why I just eat my sugar in the first half the day and limit it the last half. Also, I run 3 times a weeks, so it is really hard maintain my weight because I tend to run too much.
