I've definitely never done the survey before so that's very strange. I've otherwise always had good experiences with this requester, so I hope nothing is changed with them. 33 is about the temp where I usually decide on put on pants (and not shorts) if I'm walking more than a couple blocks at a time.

Walking a half-block to the grocery store, though? Shorts will do unless wind chills are in the low-20s or colder.

 

You're much heartier than I am. I get bundled up with boots, coat, scarf, gloves, all of it. I hate being cold. Yesterday it was 19 with a crazy wind chill while I ran errands and I could hardly breathe it was so cold.
