    yes, I was very very patient to sit on the phone and troubleshoot the whole itunes recovery twice with one guy and then he passed me to his senior advisor. She made me do the itune recovery twice as well.

    I had already done that many times prior in the afternoon on both my laptop and my husbands laptop, tried diff cords even...I think they must of thought, "damn this girl is patient, we aren't going to get rid of her easily" LOL
