Pardon the intrusion, I'm new here but not to turking... I'm using Hitscraper and for the last 2 days it is hanging while trying to retrieve the TO data. As a result it times out and I end up with a blank page with no hits. Anyone else seeing this? What may I be doing wrong?

IIRC this happens when you're logged out from mTurk right? Someone? Idk a lot of people don't use HS anymore for the aforementioned reasons, but making sure you're logged into mTurk on that browser may be the place to start.
