Not really. You can open your dashboard in a second page to look, but TM will still be docked on the original page. It only runs on a page with the dashboard and so reloading that page reloads the script. But yeah if I have a lot of important things running and just want to see my earnings, I'll open another page with my dash

This is only the second time I've seen them but it seems they are fairly regular. Right now they are paying more for their hits as it's the holidays but even at the normal .60 a hit I'd still do them.
