Hey Phil,
Kale rocks. I've some cardiovascular issues due to decades of debauchery while knowing I have genetic issues of everything bad and have had some recent serious wake-up calls after a couple decades of refusing to see a doctor. Felt I was simply invincible and felt I was healthy because I'm not fat and decently active. Not the case. Such is life.

Not sure if you're dieting or anything, as I simply haven't been reading the forum, but I buy tubs of that stuff and it's my main snack. I just turn into an ape and grab handfuls of it and stuff it in my mouth. No fork. No preparation. Fuck dressing it up and making it look nice. Just a simple primal koala thoughtlessness of needing these damn leaves in my body. And chomping the shit like a rabbit.

I get those big plastic tubs of premixed arugula, spinach, kale, etc... Good stuff. You don't initially get that snack satisfaction of a chewy granola bar or something, but eventually you adjust and you just simply grab the leaves. Mountains of leaves.
