Just throwing this out there, I was insulin resistant and my A1c was climbing into "pre-diabetes" range. Since I had gestational diabetes it was expected but anyway, I corrected it with intermittent fasting. I was rather surprised it worked to be honest. I thought it was just another diet fad weirdness.
