    No captchas shouldn't be locked behind masters, it should be given to turkers after hitting "x" amount of approved hits.

    Checked via the TurkerHub hit, and behold, there was the captcha o.o

    Cleared that sucker and less than 10 seconds later PC grabbed 4 1.12s and the $9 hit :D
