Everyone up until this second should have it assigned now.. if anyone got an email let me know (don't think mTurk sends e-mails for the way I assigned it, but dunno). Either way you should be able to accept the HITs.

 

Just another reason having my birthday day being on New Years Eve sucks.

 

I got 32 of those things in. Only a couple of idiots that just let the timer run out, and a couple more that didn't know what the hell they were doing.

 

So we should accept the hit but not submit it?

 

I did 20 of these Percys and only just now got my first certifiable turd.

 

The HIT is 100% useless for you since you have masters lol.

No, you can safely ignore it.

 

First time with Percy hits - I liked them. I was able to complete 27. I fear, however, I may have been one of those idiots many are referencing.

Those Percy's were fun. I don't like throwing around the idiot label because I know my brain completely shuts off whenever I feel I'm under pressure, but how hard is it to follow along when your partner (me) is trying the process of elimination?

Not to sound paranoid but how much info are you able to gather between the forum and the HITs? For the forum we enter an email and I assume you can figure out our IP and god knows what else. For the HIT you get our Worker ID and (if the uh surgeon guy is right) you can also request our 1099 info from Amazon? Just curious....

 

You just need to strategically eliminate possibilities. If you have only friend who likes indoors - you can say "I only have friends who likes indoors" That way your partner can eliminate all the outdoor friends.

 

You basically throw out some criteria and hope your partner have some matches. Like, you might say "I have 5 friends who like the outdoors" and then your partner might be like "I have 2 that like the outdoors, they work for Sony and Activision". You try to figure out which friend is mutual.

 

Every play the game "Guess Who"? It's sort of the virtual version of that.
