If she doesn't spend it all there is a sizable amount that will eventually be ours. If he's disabled but still mentally sound he can always gift you some of it unless it dictates exactly how he's allowed to use it. It would even be tax free.

I'm fairly certain it's in a trust so he can't, but I'm seeing him in August and I'll bring it up to him then. Technically, he's still legally sound, but if his brother (The executive of the g-parents estate and the one who probably gets the rest of the money) wants to get him declared unsound, it won't be that hard of a fight. I've washed my hands of that whole side of the family. I nearly came to blows with the uncle once. They just all suck.

Same here I opened my account in 2012 made like $30 forgot about made a few cents in 2013 forgot about it then got back on and got serious fall of 2016 most of my nearly 42000 hits are from the last 5 or 6 months so can't really complain about not getting it
