Careful, though. I've seen a few super tricky ones that said "Select [whatever] option" at the bottom, but the middle of the paragraph said "Don't read the last sentence, it's incorrect, select [different option]." I've only seen it a handful of times, but now I scan extra hard.

 

Modern theories of decision making say that 10/10 times, you know it's an attention check.

Ha! I was literally just typing something about that when your post popped up. Haven't seen one like that in what feels like years, though.

EDIT: This week was the first time in a long time I saw an AC hidden in the consent form, too.

I'm always requesting to be allowed to do hits, the no test quals, but y'know I never find out if I get them- because by the time I'm approved a hit will be gone.

 

Because its like a 99.99999999% chance you won't get approved.

 

Haha, yeah it was more common awhile ago, but the last one I saw was just a few months ago, so they're still out there.

These are the ones people catch rejections on and go straight to TO with their "I've completed 60,000 HITs and only had 2 rejections I know my ACs backwards/forwards this requester is a SCAMMMMMMEMRERERE"
