I stopped taking sugar in my coffee about a month ago and lost 15 pounds. Went to my doctor concerned why I lost so much weight,and he told me it was because I was not putting sugar in my coffee! lol.

 

I'm really bad at throwing away boxes because my cats love them so much. They get so mad at me if they don't get to properly play, hide, and sleep in any box that comes in the house.
