    Open up HIT Tracker and see if you can find the HIT using the search function. You should be able to look for it by the requester's name. If you did it, which it sounds like you did, you can go back into the HIT. Look for the SRC button.

    They aren't an mturk worker, it's just their general account. I did some googling and found a bunch of threads talking about amazon doing this and the common theme seems to be returns and disputes over orders. I just can't find anyone who this happened to who actually got their account back. And it isn't just suspended, it's closed.
