In regards to my HITs (AcademicEDGAR) A couple of points
First, some folks have messaged me about the fact that they are looking at HITs that are missing a reference to the MD&A. I reviewed the ones that were submitted with N/A and I see that yes I screwed up and the MDA is missing and there is no reference to the MD&A on some. My apologies I know those take more time because you have to look more carefully. In that case please use N/A. If in fact it is missing I will also pay a $0.50 bonus because I know it will take more time to confirm that it is missing.

Next some folks have observed that there are cases where there is no ITEM 8 but they found the ITEM 7. Then give me the line number for ITEM 9.

Also I just need the line numbers - not the ** or the leading 0s - (I do need the trailing zeros though. Don't worry about it if you have added the * or leading 0's easy to clean up

I also have had questions about approval. Approval should go fast. Probably not today. I have to unplug and make that Cherry Pie for my son whose 13th birthday it is today. My checking process involves parsing the document at the line numbers you give me and then running it through a pretty good validator. I should not have to validate very many by hand at all. Certainly a large chunk will be approved by tomorrow.

I apologize for any hassles. I was trying to decide the size of the initial batch and maybe I should have made it smaller. I will use your feedback and the results to help me improve on the next rounds. And if I don't reply again for a while - I gotta get that Cherry Pie in the oven so it firms up in time for dinner I promise I will get better!
