Description: This study is being conducted by researchers from Bowling Green State University. "The purpose of this study is to investigate how people respond to employee selection methods. You will be asked to view an advertisement and provide your opinions, and then will be asked to answer some questions about yourself. This survey should take you 15 minutes or less to complete. In order to participate you must be at least 18 years of age and live in the United States or Canada. You will be compensated $1.50 for successfully completing this study as long as you respond correctly to at least 75% of all attention checks and meet the age and location requirements. The risks involved in participation are no greater than those experienced in daily life." essay timer is probably 10 minutes too long, I comfortably typed and edited a pretty lengthy essay in around 20 minutes
post-essay task is very quick (~1m)
