A couple of years ago (pre-COVID) I was walking through the office with some interns and said something about Y2K.

They didn't know what it was. I felt very old. I hope they all suffer greatly when 2038 rolls around.

(Also, even if it was 20+ years ago, these were I.T. students. Shouldn't they at least be learning this stuff in a comp sci history class??)

You'd think so. But the world and information moves much faster now so it'd be really tough to cover the last 30 years of history. The last seven or eight years alone have been super crazy.
