    I took 60% for my computer a few years ago and deduct QBC every year and never had a problem. Things get sticky when you start trying to take internet percentage or cell phone percentage though because there is no way to prove usage for business unless you keep a detailed log. Thats where a lot of people get caught up when they get audited. My tax preparer told me that home office deduction makes you a lot more likely to get audited because people dont accurately use the deduction.
