    Fidget cubes and spinners are great as long as they're used properly, and I know a fair number of people that have been really helped by them. The trouble comes from them becoming the thing and a lot of people/kids using them just because they're cool and doing so in a super destructive ways. I know a kid with ADHD that was using a fidget spinner and it had been really helping them--until everyone in school got one, and now they're banned so kids that actually needed 'em can't use them -.-

    I've never been able to sit still for more than 5 minutes. I did try out the fidget spinner for a few minutes and couldn't figure out how it was supposed to be of any help. Instead of focusing on the work I was doing, I was more focused on trying to make sure I could keep it spinning :dunno:

    Ah, yes. This. I talk crap. But my son actually did better at school with it. Til they took the ability away. Now they want him to be in the ESY program and I'm mad at them and saying no. Kids with disabilities are not tools for more funding.

    Ehhh I guess I'm just not a big supporter of fix one problem by annoying the shit out of everyone around them. I don't really get how it could help anyone but if it does then ok but it needs to be totally and 100% silent lol. One person being helped while annoying a dozen others is so not worth it lol.

    I got the bonus yesterday from the "share your money with a veteran" and felt bad for 2 seconds, but that feeling went away after I hit 'delete' on the email

    Doesn't always have to annoy other people, depending on how it's used :dunno:
    I usually tally the money I get from "keep or donate" bonuses and donate it all + extra at the end of the month 'cause I am ridiculously picky about making sure the charities I donate to use the money well.
