You might try again later. Gen Cats usually cap at 296 when there are 1800 HITs, but there were 3600.
Topics are usually 10% of the total, which was around 7700, but if they don't put them all out there at once then you end up with false caps in the middle until they go through the number of HITs for each group that was put out.
