That Paper Karma is a class Act. The President is trying to get my rejections reversed and he is brand new. He sends me this follow up without me even emailing and hounding him:
I've dug deeper and discovered that the way to approve rejected HITs is done via an API call. My developer will show me how to do this, but he's in Europe at the moment (it's late there so he's off work and not responsive). I'll try my best to get in touch with him and resolve this by tomorrow, but it may only be possible by Monday.
