Wild how slow they initiate/process these, seemingly one at a time. I bet they are automatically scheduled to be processed in the downtime between more "important" transactions Amazon actually cares about just to squeeze as much value as possible. Same with emails from MTurk. There's no technical reason for them to arrive randomly many hours later. Those are also scheduled to go out when there happens to be a tiny window in between more important emails so it costs less. With Amazon and especially AWS, it's all about minimizing costs as much as possible. And the less important the service, the more cost cutting there is. True for any major company of course, but it's doubly so with these guys.

 

It do be working tho

 

Be cheaper than everyone at first, then when you get your fingers in everything just up the price, enshittify your product, or in Amazon's case, both.

Transfer now listed as ''Funds sent''. I assume they mean funds sent to my bank. I'll check tomorrow, next day, etc. Until then, its just hanging around out there.....somewhere.

 

When that happens, it shows as a refund on the transactions section of your amazon account, so once we get the sent email, it seems to be on their main payment thingy which from the customer's side works decently, so I guess that as long as we got that email, it should be on its way.
