Just saw a video on Youtube where some guy put razor blades on a hand spinner. The REAL dumb part though was he seemed surprised when he got the palm of his hand cut while using it.

Dive into this $1.25 survey starts: Please take a few minutes to think about "What comes to your mind when you think about privacy?". Please answer this question by writing your thoughts in 500-750 words in the box below. Please describe your opinions in detail and provide as much detail as you can.

    Ummh, no thanks. [Return]

I hope that he added something to the blades to make the cuts hurt a bit more. Perhaps some salt or something.

Why are those things popular? When I was a kid, we liked yoyos, but yoyos you could do cool tricks with and shit. You could walk the dog and all kinds of top notch sweet shit like that. But these fidget spinners, what is the point? You can't do tricks with them. It just spins. Where's the appeal?

It was meant to originally be a focus tool for those with autism/ADHD.

To me, they're basically Pogs. Hugely popular for no discernible reason, pointless, and likely short-lived.

Prescriptivist SquigglyButt - "That should say type, not write. Write specifically means to mark on a paper or other surface with a pencil, crayon or similar object."
Descriptivist SquigglyButt - "Fuck that, last 500-750 words I wrote was my thesis statement."

I'd rather have a discreet fidget cube.

The spinners are just too damn retarded.

But with pogs, there was the game you played with them. (not that any of us actually did, we just traded em and stuff) You make a tower of pogs, and throw the slammer at em and make em face up/down.

Pro tip for you guys when your wife/girlfriend asks "What did you say?" She heard you the first time she just wants to know if your stupid enough to repeat it.

The fad was so quick where I lived, and I was so broke, that I really only had one slammer that my sisters shared. Haha.
