That can be really irritating. I had one this week which said "ungrammatical sentences," and "obviously rushed answers" would be rejected, but their own instructions were full of errors.

 

I love that requestor name. It's like a 90's indy wrestling name. Like Sexton Hardcastle, or Jack Action.

 

what made it worse was they tested on that material and their grammatical errors called into question the answers to the AC's

 

Our TWC tech just straight up told us there was nothing he could do because the transition to Spectrum had them all out of whack and overworked.
