    What the heck, got to the end of a CERL after two rounds with a partner and being told I earned points and I get this message:

    "Unfortunately you were not able to complete any part of the actual study due to a complicationwith your paired participant. We apologize for the inconvenience and assure you the participant in question will not be allowed to access our HITs in the future. Best Wishes, please press 'next' to conclude."

    This happened to me. I emailed the requester, explained what happened and that I didn't think I should be penalized by someone else not doing what they were supposed to do. The requested gave me the money in the form of a bonus.

    I e-mailed them too. Not sure how they can say the other participant wasn't there when I was doing the task with someone. Or a bot maybe.
