    Glancing on the website.. it seems like someone else has taken over mad labs.. someone who is a newbie to mturk.

    Previously they gathered the mturk ID from the URL and now we are manually putting it in. It also is broken and that hasn't been an issue for madlabs in the past :dunno:

    Yeah, I have no idea why they would switch to a different platform. There was nothing wrong with the previous one. Why do people keep trying to fix things that are not broken.

    That is why I think that it is being ran by a new person. The new person may be trying to 'improve things' or something. The old guy was fairly clever and was getting our demographic info from cookies and the link as far as I was able to tell.

    I messaged them and got an email back from the same person that I usually do.

    she said this "Hi,

    We are having some issues, I launched the job and cancelled some seconds after for this reason.
    We can consider this cancelled, no need to work on it right now.

    Thank you for your understanding and pacience!"

    I asked it if I should return it but she didn't really say.
