Thanks for the love. I just tried to keep myself busy and being on here really lifted my spirits, and like I've said before, not a day goes by where I don't crack up with some of the gifs, jokes, and conversations that go on here. <3

Let's not forget though that healthy weight doesn't necessarily equal healthy. Matt is in obscenely good shape, better than me, yet he's the one with cholesterol problems. I'm of a normal weight for the first time in years and yet I have malnurtrition issues still. Taking care of yourself and staying healthy is about much more than a number. Just a friendly PSA from the Bird, who spent enough time working in a hospital to see the million ways people can make themselves sick.

I LOVE Fitnessblender! I use that and then Daily Burn so I'm never bored.
