Does your Aldi's sell booze yet? I went in a few months ago and was so excited... they sell beer and hard cider. Not the best but... better than overpriced beer I've never heard of before, lol.

 

We've gotten to where we hardly even eat chicken breast anymore. It's all about dem boneless skinless thighs. They just taste so much better.

Yeah, I was in fuck it mode for awhile. I won't get into gory details here, but a few weeks ago some large, shitty guy decided, she seems nice, I should try and destroy her fucking life. It's been a crappy time to say the least. I've been trying my damndest not to fall back into shitty depression habits.

That's the one thing I've always had good luck with! I love aldi booze! They usually have kickass sparkling wine for not too expensive and it's pretty good. I use the wine for cooking a good bit and have never had a complaint from anyone.

That was my thought process, too. There's a 30-day free trial, then it's $15/mo after that. I usually make one massive grocery store trip a month for all the pantry staples etc, then mini trips through stores for fresh stuff. So if this eliminates that one massive trip and I'm able to pull off $15 on mturk in the hour+ that I didn't waste at the store cart-battling for aisle space with annoying people, I'll consider it a total win.

I know less than nothing about wine besides buying something to cook with then drinking what's left while I play videogames, so I'm hardly refined in the area... But the $6 wine I got from Aldi was so much better than the $6 wine I got from other stores, if that says anything.

I'm a craft beer jerk and their random no-name beers aren't bad at all. And in the winter they've had German gluehwein (hi @Jagdpanzer!) which is MMMMMM.

We're the opposite, we've gotten to where this is pretty much all we eat. It's either chicken breasts or pork of some sort, usually pork steak. So many recipes involve chicken breasts somehow, so that's what I use.
