Whenever I cook anything wrapped in bacon will put parchment paper around it and it makes it crispy

 

you can use both mts hit finder and panda crazy, but it's definitely not required to catch things. it sounds like you have hit finder refreshing too often and preventing hit catcher from catching things. pre's are a pain in the ass, if you get one, not only is it a failed "grab" or "search", but it semi locks you out of doing things for about 2-3 seconds (correct me if i'm wrong, anyone ), and that can really add up.

i don't personally use mts hit finder, so i'm not sure how the settings on that work. you could also try lowering the frequency of the search on your mts hit catcher, to 1200ms or something.

It's all a balancing act of evening out your load as much as possible. I run different jobs on each one unless maybe there is a particular hit I'm really trying to catch. Slow your HF down just a little so it's not interfering too much. I normally run OW, HF, HC, and PC and I do get a fair number of pre's but my panda's pretty routinely catch stuff as well.
