On HF, does the block list only work with requester IDs/group IDs? i.e. can I use it to block any HIT that says "Write a 75+ word summary"?

Actually, you probably can. When you use the wrench and choose to block the HIT, change the "term" from the Group ID to the HIT title and it might work. Try it out.
