    Weight isn't as important as your body fat index. You can go up in weight and get in better shape. Starve the fat, feed the muscle.

    Fluctuation happens. Plus, muscle is heavy, girl, and you're probably growing some of them with all the gym time. It's okay to be frustrated that the scale isn't moving, but don't give up. :)

    I doubt I've been gaining muscle. All I've done so far is 30 minutes of cardio each trip. Although it was harder to get my heart rate up the second time, so maybe. But if I don't get down to 230 by the end of October, I can't go skydiving on my cruise ship.

    thanks. I'm amazed that I haven't given up. I still my damn cereal and banana this morning, and tracked it all. I'm just doing it more resentfully now.

    lol, Anthem of the Seas, it has a skydiving chamber on the ship. I can always just drive up to King of Prussia and do the same thing on dry land when I loose the weight, but that's lame.

    Oh so one of those chambers that has a fan pointing up and not actual skydiving. I honestly would prob have more fun in one of those than real sky diving lol

    ^Truth. At 5'9 I went from 126lbs to 145lbs since I started working out and yet I'm leaner and am in way better physical shape ;) It's not always about what the scale says, and getting your body into shape can take time (especially since things as simple as water retention and what time of day it is can make the scale swing one way or the other).
    You is boss. You is beautiful. You got this :D
