    I make german potato salad sometimes, which is potatoes, bacon, vinegar, fresh parsley, mustard grains and some lemon. It's delicious.

    Also cold potatoes are resistant starch, meaning they behave more like fiber in your gut and are less likely to raise insulin levels and make your body retain fat

    Delicious and healthy, man

    It's hard to talk about the relative disgusting-ness levels of various food items when people keep exporting crap to the thread. It's like we're supposed to be WORKING or something...

    My mom never makes hers with onions, but I love it in mine. Especially if it's red onions...and ice cold. Oh yeahhh.

    You say that like it's a problem. But really it needs to be miracle whip which in almost every case is > mayo.
