Well since were getting super deep today, I guess I'll go too.

First off I want to apologize for yesterday, I usually don't like to throw myself around when I'm having an issue, but I appreciate everyone for the support.I have PTSD / Dissociative Identity Disorder / Anxiety | My PTSD and DID stem pretty much from my child hood, I was bullied mentally/psychically and being beat on a handful of occasions really makes you numb. After being sexually abused @ 15 in High School I lost my shit and became a whole different person. My therapist says my PTSD stems from being in "combat" I hardly sleep these days (Nightmares lots and lots of nightmares) but if I do I'm most likely jumping out of bed into a shoot out of some sort lol. My anxiety and DID got far worse when my mom got sick and then sky rocketed when she died. It's hard being so fucked up and being alone. I'm glad I can call you all friends.

I just want to give everyone a hug today. I love these topics. It gives us the chance to vent and support each other.
I've been making progress with my anxiety/depression/bipolar. I've had some setbacks. Yesterday was a terrible day for anxiety and panic attacks. But I keep going. One of my huge triggers is driving, but I'm getting over that bit by bit with exposure therapy. I just wanted to say that I'm so proud of you all for making progress and being so open and honest with us all.

 

Ptsd nightmares are a Grinch bro. I actually made it out of the house, pantsless and shoeless, cause I got up and bolted with Matt chasing after me yelling, "IT'S MEEEEEEE!" My neighbors prolly think I'm 10/10 crazy town. You know where my inbox is.
