I add it to my imgur account from my phone app, and then just pull it up online- you can pick up the bb code directly (though change it to large or huge thumbnail as an option otherwise it will blow up all huge and people on the forum will make fun of you!) and just paste that code directly into the forum reply box as is , it will link the picture without any fuss.

Its very existence is now hidden from search engines, robots, and lurkers (sorry folks, come join the crew if you wanna chat about vidja games & tea). So your pics & stuff wont turn up in google searches.. unless they've been archived by one of those annoying services already, in which case some will drop off (the nice ones who respect permissions).
