Hi Janet,

I saw you rejected my survey on 6/22 for lack of survey code. Please know that I did indeed complete the survey and must have accidentally missed the survey code. I take rejections very seriously. I can tell you I did indeed complete the survey and did complete it with total concentration.

Is there anything you can do to possibly reverse my rejection? I take the work I do on mturk very seriously and wouldn't want a small mistake like this affecting my worker rating.
