    I have a ton of nifty cauliflower recipes. I made buffalo cauliflower steaks for our meatless monday and they were tasty AF!

    I actually love plain cauliflower...but, if you bread it in like a beer batter and then deep fry it and sprinkle salt and parmesan cheese, it is so yummy.

    I felt your searing discontentment even before I posted that reply. I have added cauliflower to the shopping list, and going to have the try the Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower Steaks. However meatless Monday isn't going to happen, already prepped a brisket for smoking late tonight.
